back doors wont open on my 2004 grand am

From the inside, they have a child safety lock so rear seat passengers can not open the door from inside. Check inside the open door for choice of settings. Okay. If you can not open rear doors from the outside, there might be a broken latch but it seems strange they both broke at the same time.

I have a 2004 Grand am the back doors do not open from the outside or the inside both of the locks are broke how do I open the doors
