Where is the turn signal flasher located on a 1992 Grand Prix?

Turn signals work, just don't flash,  Hazards flash fine, they must be on a seperate flasher.  Don't see
where the flashers would actually be at when I looked in the manual

Usually the hazard and turn signal flashers are side by side hit the hazards and follow your ear. Under the dash usually.
