Engine problem

how much torque to use for the cylinder heads.  I have a 3.1 multi port and I keep blowing out the spark plug.  I have too much pressure.

You will want to check out a Haynes manual or call the local Pontiac dealer, the service advisor can give you the torque specs on this. It sounds like you may have other problems, I've never heard of too much torque causing a blown-out spark plug.

heads on this enging torque at 80 psi,being alumimun heads you may have ruined the threads in the heads.if so you can go to local parts store and get replacement parts for the spark plug holes.it is a easy job and they will do the job.
