will the m90 supercharger form a 1997 GTP BOLT on to a 1996 grand prix SE 3100 engine

No, that would not be a bolt on conversion. You need a 3.8 that’s built for supercharging, plus the two stage fuel pump, plus the heavy duty transmission, plus all the electronics from a supercharged car. In other words sell what you have and buy a GTP.
