The stock pulley on a GTP's supercharger, which is an Eaton Model 90, measures 3.8 inches in diameter. This turns the supercharger 1.84 times the speed of the crankshaft, . This rotation of the supercharger pulley drives two impellers that compress the air and force it into the lower intake manifold as compressed air. If a smaller than 3.8 inch pulley (stock) is used, you increase the rpm thus increases the compression of the air inside your supercharger, called boost. Your stock pulley will translate into a maximum of about 7.5 to 8 (psi) of boost, whereas a 3.5" pulley will increase that to over 11 psi of boost. In terms of power output you can expect around 30 more horsepower and at least the same increase in torque. Caution though, turning the supercharger at higher rates can damage engine and drivetrain.
lol it produces 20percent vac while off the gas and 6 to 7and a half psi of boost when you are realy on the gas :)
haha ^^ u know what i mean its a little bit of boost for being stock but im happy with it it was only producing 4 psi of boost when i bought it i had to fix all the vac lines

yeah I hear ya. I have a 98GTP. Just did some mods to it getting about 11.5 lbs now. Gets up and goes pretty decent now.....
I just got a 98gtp coupe with a blown engine or seized idk yet haven’t signed into it but it will get rebuild just making some space for it. Any simple mods like the smaller pulley or bigger injectors that would be increasing power at a safe rate of power for the engine and transmission ? I heard these automatic trannys are known to blow.
