What is needed to upgrade my `98 grand prix gtp engine to a gtp engine?

I have a 1998 Grand Prix GT and I would like to switch out the engine to one out of a GTP. What other parts will I need? (Ex. higher vol fuel pump, ecu, etc.)

It is almost not worth doing it ... You will need a built transmission, HD Output shafts. GTP suspension a GTP wire harness, GTP ECU, HO Fuel pump. there is alot of little stuff to depending on if the motor you get is not 100 % complete. ( They never Are ) A friend of mine did that and when it was all said and done he could have just bought a GTP for a few hundred bucks more. But if you decide to go for it good luck there nice.

go to zzperformance and they have a kit for it its under superchargers and eaton parts :) it took one guy 3 hours he claims but let me warn you the3800 engine in a gt and se grand prix are way differant that a gtp engines 3800 due to the stress a gtp's engine has to stand up to
