what to do from the bigining, wheel, hub, axel shaft to be removed?

you need a set of jack stands ,you have to remove the axle nut ,then disconnect the lower ball joint & maybe the tie rod. push the axle in & pull the spindal out so the axle comes out the back of the spindal ,then you can pull the axle out with a pry bar between the tranny and the axle joint . then remove the seal with out damaging the tranny , if you never did one before get a repair manual , you're gonna need the right tools to do it right and safe.
