Thanks fellas...Well, I'll use it as a parts car then, its not worth fixin. Time to start lookin. I was thinking rear wheel drive..mayby a crown vic...Front wheel drive cars are nice, especially with our mild Nebraska winters, but a person can dump a lot of money into bearings, tie rods, cv, hubs, etc. Or mayby that's a GM Pontiac low quality/durability issue. Anyway..Thanks again. Very helpful

I found a 99 crown vic..35,000 miles 5000..excellent cond...I might go that way. And I also had the 94' caprice..4.3 v-8 I believe..Spent a lot time in that one. I work for the Railroad so..20,000 to 30,000 a year on average. A lot of the roads I have to take...well they take there toll on my vehicles. I guess if you don't use something, their not going to break down. Thanks again.

Bought a 1999 Crown Vic...35,000 miles..excellent cond. I could not pass it up. 1st Ford. 5 grand, runs like a champ..Sometimes you get lucky..
