I have a 99 Pontiac grand Prix just recently
I changed my coil packs plugs an wires an
ingnition moduler car ran fine an now go
to leave for work car won't crank but
battery fulley charged

Try this // Turn your headlights on .. if they are dim or don't come on at all than you probably have a bad battery connection ,,, Look at red cable connected to the battery

Everything that I had read an watched an called a buddy up an they said check ur starter so I did an see how bad it was still the original one so I just went ahead an changed it out

Well if you have time and money to do that you probably don't need your car or us all that badly. If you check something out and its fine leave it alone and focus on finding your problem. On most modern cars the starter lasts the life of the car so the fact that it was fine comes as no surprise.
