All 4 windows quit work at same time

I have a 1999 Pontiac Grand Prix. All 4 of the windows quit working all at the
same time. Also the air conditioning/heat only works on high. The heat works
fine, but the A/C blows out warm/hot air when it is on. I already tested the fuse
at AutoZone, and it still is good. What could I do to fix it?

I'd start checking fuses and circuit breakers and relays.
