can I put a 2001 grand prix supercharge motor in a 2000 grand prix gtp

Yes, its a virtual bolt-in. However your transmission is going to be a little out-of-sync, in that the GTP electronics are slightly different. It will work - but not as efficiently as a transmission set up for the supercharged engine.
If the car its going into is a GTP the transmission would be correct, would it not? If its going into a non supercharged car then it wouldn't have the heavy duty transmission which could be problematic. It also wouldn't have the correct computer or the correct two stage fuel pump, but as long as its a GTP it will have all those things.
The trans will be a 4T65-E HD in either case, but the electronics are different, and the final drive ratio may be different as well. The model number is on the tranny case, easy enough to verify if it came standard on a supercharged GP. If not, you can pick up a fully rebuilt one for less than $600, electronics and all.
