Water in the oil

If the bypass elbows are leaking what it
let water into the oil

If u have water in your oil then that's not good you more than likely have a blown head gasket change your oil Fresh Out filter and all and if you get water in your oil again then you have a blown head gasket.

Lower plenum gaskets have blown. Not head gaskets.
