okay SPARK (hold a phillps screwdriver in place of the sparkplug Near to ground to see a blue spark)....and FUEL....can you hear fuel whooshing through the fuel rail when the "on" position is selected?

"won't turnover"...well the startermotor has to see 12 volts at 300 or more amps...what you need to do is get a NEW battery, and wirebrush the end of the black cable where it attaches to the ground....wirebrush the cable....wirebrush the ground spot to insure a full 300 or more amps can get through there~

Fuel, Compression, and Ignition whens the last time you changed your fuel filter(check that) after that check fuel pressure(your local parts store ...AutoZone will sell or lend your a tool to test your fuel pressure ...next....Whens the last time you changed spark Plugs?? once all done make sure your timing is set but it should rarely come to timing
