Sounds like front CV joints in the axles are worn out. If so the fix is replacement
of front axles. Could also be badly worn out spark plugs causing misfires under
acceleration. Or could be both. The plugs are cheap and easy... sort of. ( Unbolt
the engine mount and roll the engine forward to get at the back ones.) Axles are
more expensive and may require a shop. Good news is they can vibrate like that
for years. If you can't afford to fix them right away, or ever, it is highly unlikely they
will fail completely, although I did have that happen once years ago. If its not in
the budget, or the car is nearly worn out anyway, just drive it gently and mile it out
without spending any more than necessary on it.
