Grand prix 2002 not turning over

I have an 02 grand prix. It bogged down on  me. I gave it
gas but it eventually died. Wont turn back on. Theres a light
click in the relay box and fuse box when I turn the key. The
starter doesn't click at all. Tested starter, and alternator  
both tested and passed. Replaced key tumbler and ignition
switch. I Just replaced timing chain, cam sensor, crank
sensor and few other things. Battery was bought in March
of this year (2018) ran good for the past couple of months.
I'm at a complete loss..any help please ! Thank you

Pay no attention to Ninja. That's bad advice. Instead diagnose and fix and send all the extra money you were going to spend throwing parts at it directly to me. Now that we have the ridicule out of the way... First, make sure all battery connections are clean and tight and all grounds are clean and tight. Make sure the battery has a full charge on it (even though its new). Do a general inspection of any wiring you can see to make sure something isn't worn through or melted and is now shorting out. Scan the car for trouble codes. The clicking sound suggests that its an electrical problem of some sort.
