I have parking lights but no turn signals or brake lights on my 2002
Pontiac Grand Prix GT P

Check fuses and circuit breakers first. The brake lights and signal lights are on a different circuit than your running lights (park lights) so it makes sense that you could have one without the other. Your owners manual tells you which is which and where they are in the car.
