I have a 2002 and want to know if the rims from a 2000 would work on it

The rims are interchangeable. The tire(s) might be out of balance or the wheels have a larger center hole than OEM and need a hub centric ring.
Or there is a few broken belts in the tire.
the tires are new,so I was thinking it was out of line,it seems to be pulling to the right
The stock rims "should" be identical, a bad wheel bearing could give both symptoms but it will also set off the abs light and trac off light. I am imagining you maybe hit a curb, trashed the old rim, and threw a new one on not realising more damage was done. That's the first thing that popped into my head when you said you were replacing your old rims with stock ones. I put should in quotes because I don't see why the rims would be different with the same part numbers for the hub and brakes.
