First thing is you may have not purged the air from the cooling system when refilling it after changing the water pump, and thermostat. A plugged radiator is a possibility.
There both correct! But it could be possible that the Radiator cap is bad to. Good luck!
I'm assuming that you've checked to make sure the system is actually full. After all the work that's been done on the cooling system its most likely air trapped in the system. Modern cooling systems are difficult to fill for some reason and if air is trapped inside it will cause overheating. There is a bleeder valve near the thermostat. Using that may release the air. If not it may be worth it for you to have a shop drain and refill it using special vacuum equipment that draws all the air out.
