It is most likely your heater core that's the issue. I'd have that checked first.

check the coolant level , do you hear the vent doors opening when you make a selection ? if you manage to access the selector clean the contacts , if you can reach both heater hoses from the engine bay see if they are both warm/hot

Yes i do hear it

and nothing but cold air on any setting ? heater core is probably buried under the dash somewhere like my 02 buick

OK well I don't know how to get too the heater core at all
