Also check battery terminals to make sure they are tight. If there is a large amount of build up you can pour a can of dark pop on the terminals and follow that with warm water.
all the lights, radio comes on. it acts as if it has no gas. going out to try again this morning, will look at battery to see if they are connected properly.
I have had good results cleaning terminals with baking soda also, wet the terminal, sprinkle baking soda on them, wet again, and in about 5 minutes rinse thoroughly. I am not disagreeing with John, the soda-pop works too.
Baking soda works amazingly you just have to thoroughly make sure you rinse all the baking soda off.
I got it jumped came right on. Terminals are clean not sure what to do now. I work out in the country and I don't want to be stuck out there at 2am
If your battery is more than, say, 3 or 4 years old buy a new one anyway, then check alternator, I wouldn't want to get stranded in the middle of the day much less 2am
Thanks guys, car jumped and started. Headed to the dealership.
