Did a couple of spark plug wires get swapped during the starter replacement? Was it running fine before you replaced the starter? Check all ignition wires and make sure all other electrical connections and vacuum lines in the vicinity of the starter are intact and properly connected. After that scan for trouble codes and see what you get.
