i have a code for what does p0826 mean my cruise control doesn't work and
my car downshifts weird at 45+

Upshift/downshift switch low voltage, most common is a bad 5 volt reference wire or even the switch itself, but I have seen the ECM burn out so there is no reference voltage on that circuit.
