ok i have an 05 that boogs down at 25-30 miles also go to start it ,it dies i have know idea what is wrong it hesitates for good 10 miles then it is ok but resart it does a cycle all over again

Ok i was thinkin converter or mass air flow but yes. pump would do it. no lights on. i dont like theses newer cars. ty
the computer has the same keep alive voltage as a radio. 12 volts with very little amperage go to the computer even when the key is off. if you lose that voltage then its like disconnecting the battery cable every time you turn the key off. in a radio that means the presets will be lost. just like a computer. as you drive the pcm learns and adapts when the battery is disconnected all that learning is lost and has to be relearned. idk about the whole 10 miles thing but it will sometimes do it for about 5 mins. the symptoms fit the issue but there other possibilities.
