Get a new set of keys programmed into the vehicle, best place to do that is either the dealership or a qualified locksmith. They can cut the new keys to your existing lock tumblers so you won't at least have to replace those, but will still need to reprogram car to accept them.
Walk, bum rides from friends, hitchhike, take the bus or get a new set of keys.
