Need to replace wheEl bearing
on 2006 pontiac grand prix, does
this car have abs or not ,how do I
tell ? Does this make a difference
in part to replace? ??

It will have a wire on the hub if it has ABS. Usually there will be a light on the dash that will flash for a second or two when the car is first started if it is equipped with ABS.

The light is,letter I in a circle in parentheses, letter P in a circle also in parentheses and under neath the word BRAKES in red color

No. It should be a circle with the letters ABS inside.

That must mean " no ABS" then ... Any idea what the "I And P" mean ? Thank you all so much,, 1 more please if ok , parts place is about $90 versus say Rock Auto on line ordering for about $35 or 40...any thoughts, all the numbers except first 3 letters match up any pluses + or --'s ???
