Where is wiring  harness located,  the
one that ABS / TRACTION CONTROL/
all run through??

If you are having trouble with those failure indicator lights, it probably isn't the harness. It is more likely a failed wheel speed sensor. These sensors control both the ABS and the Traction Control functions and cause both indicator lights to come on when a has failure has occurred.
