CD player stuck

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I went to change CD's its stuck won't move says "CDin" blinking on CD 3, will not eject or load a CD, no other buttons respond, when hold down eject to "eject all" nothing happens. Suggestions?

Try the Chicken Soup approach. Disconnect the battery for about a half hour without the key in the ignition. When you reconnect the battery put the key in the ignition and turn on the radio. With any luck the CD will come out. Sometimes it work's. Sometimes it doesn't.

I love the "old school" idea of a CD player- but they DO break- then you throw them away and buy a new one- or just start singin' to yourself while you cruise down the happy lane of life-

Had exact same problem, disconnected battery for 30 minutes, reconnected and was amazed, CD player working perfectly!!
