Does the 92 Subaru legacy wagon have a fuse to the fuel pump? I could not find if it does.

Asked by ManishMan Feb 11, 2015 at 10:42 AM about the 1992 Subaru Legacy L Wagon AWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I was driving down the highway when all of a sudden the engine died, and I started to lose
speed, as if you would when you run out of gas. I am assuming it is the fuel pump
because the engine is trying to turn over, but something is not getting to it. I started to
check the fuses under the hood, and under the steering wheel, but none of them say "fuel
pump."

It could be the fuel pump itself or the fuel pump relay. I don't think there is a fuse at all for that system. Check out this thread as well: http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/topic/39244-fuel-pump-relay-and-fuse-location-1995-legacy/
