Over heating and can't pin down the problem need help

Ok...my Subaru is over heating off and on
ive done the normal stuff and checked
everything I could think off coolant levels
thermostat oil ive checked it all....my
radiator has a hole in it but regardless of
that it will still throw the temp the a H...but
when I check the levels.....it hasn't moved
at all....it also won't put any hot air into the
cab it only pushes out cold air...ive tried
and tried so please if anyone has any idea
on how to fix this please tell me

Housing temp? Check your heating coils, and main heating hoses. (check on YouTube if you can't find them)
Change the thermostat, if this does not open at temp you not get any heat into the cab.

I have a 1998 Outback limited / 2.5L... Had timing belt and water pump changed. Engine would NOT put heat to cab and overheated rapidly. Turns out that there were air bubbles in the lines and other places inside the engine. Once we got that sorted, the temp went to normal range on the gauge and the heater output temp would run you out of the car.
