I'm trying to do an engine swap.

I have a 2006 Chevy cobalt 2.2L can I swap out with an engine from a 2008
2.2L Cobalt ? I did notice a few differences with some of the plugs but I believe
it shouldn't be an issue.

Nope a 2008 will have a completely different calibration than the 2006. If you do get it to fit the computer will need to be recalibrated, and I don’t see anybody doing it anymore.

if you swap.. you will need all your engine hardware to go into the other engine.
