Not a big deal but I kinda wish you would just ask these questions in your first question so that we have some history to work with. Jumping around and trying to research what all the other stuff you dealt with complicates things for me IMO. Have you checked your clutch switch / auto park switch that it is functional? I would also consider buying an electronic (ebay) repair manual or a haynes paper manual to work with to diagnose your issues in addition to asking questions on here.

This isn't perfect (LS verses your L) but has a ton of info. But you need the visual manual to perform the tests... https://www.2carpros.com/questions/subaru-legacy-1995-subaru- legacy-fuel-filter-relay

That's fine I really appreciate your help with everything. But I still didn't find out where the fuel relay switch is located. I will try your web. site you provided. Again thank you for your help and have a nice day.

it's likely tucked up under the dash on the drivers side. If you look one up.. err, well, just looked at results again and found this: http://legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php/fuel-pump-relay- 123526.html
