Engine reduced power

I unplugged throttle body to inspect and clean. Put all back
together, car won't crank and showing engine reduce
power?

Sounds like the electrical connections are not making good contact or you accidentally disconnected something else in the course of working on it. Make sure everything is connected properly and making good contact. And of course if it won't crank maybe the battery is dead. I'm a little fuzzy on how you can be getting a reduced power message if the car is not running. I didn't know it could actually do that.
