05 Cobalt rough idle

I bought an 06 Cobalt for my daughter and it was running pretty decent but now it is idling real rough almost stalling , i have changed the coil pack , ignition controller , spark plugs, throttle body, evap purge valve ,air filter , fuel filter , a bunch of injector cleaner , and did the sea foam thing... it has had the ignition switch recall done , steering recall done ,
I've read so much about these cars my brain is numb... I'm going nuts trying to figure this out
I should also add the codes that keep popping up are P0300 (random misfire) and P0496 (EVAP High Purge Flow)

Ok I'll give that a try ... Also forgot to mention it does this chugging at idle really bad right after you put gas in it , car will actually stall out and have to let it sit a few minutes then it will restart

Ya i get that , but it will do it if i put 2-3 gallons in it , not filling it even close to full or over full. just checked purge valve and there id vacuum on tank side ... looked over wiring and did continuity check and all seems to be ok

Biga1970 ..I did the same thing replace the same thing an I'm looking for answers too ..it did the same exact thing yours is doing but now mine won't start ?? My last option it to check all grounds..what did u get for answers.i have. 06 2.4

It may be an 02 sensor for an air flow sensor the problem seems to be with timing over air fuel if it runs the basics are covered you could try testing sensors against new sensors at autozone I'm sure that they would gladly sell you a new sensor
