what did i do wrong after disconnecting and reconnecting battery cable it suddenly power
windows and power seats won't work . including alarm light that usually on and remote
key

Disconnect your battery again and wait thirty seconds, then reconnect. Sometimes the computer on board does not reboot correctly. It worked for me.

i did that and waited more than 30 sec , still didn't work... checked fuse, its good. I might try again tomorrow.
