Front side of my 2002 Subaru outback is making a whinge noise

I have got a 2002 Subaru outback limited I've done
replaced the wheel hub and baring and the CV axle
and it's still doing it it quites when I turn left but
louder when I turn right idk what else to do besides
getting an alignment which it needs any way but
and info or idea are greatly appreciated it's the
front by the way thank you God bless

power steering pump ? Your rack may be bad , With an alignment problem the steering wheel will be comfortable at 2 different spots going straight ie. 10:00 & 10:05 , if the wheel is pulling it's something else
