Car wont start but turns over

I was driving my subaru down the road and it rained hard the day before so
there were lots of puddle but none of them were deep and as i was coming out
of a puddle the car shut off, The car cranks over just fine but it wont start!

No i didn't it was like 2:30 in the morning so i was just trying to get home to get some sleep but i can check on that and get back to you.

I figured it out the sbf 5 fuse under the hood it wasnt allowing the fuel pump to work and i have the 2003 Subaru Outback H6 3.0 L.L. Bean Edition, but thanks for all the help and ideas!
