It was raining and I went through a dip medium hard with water in it and my car died and would not restart. Checked fuel pump fuse, not that. Can you help ?

I would pull the spark plug leads and check for water in the spark plug wells. Dry things out and use some dielectric grease on the spark plug boots to help seal moisture out. Do you still have the plastic shield under the engine?
