Question type: Maintenance & Repair

So heater will not come on at all. hell ac will only
blow on the coldest temp no matter where I position
the control even if I put it all the way over to max
heat. And when I drive air comes through the vent
even if it's all turned off. Anyone have any idea what
this could be?

A known Impala issue the adjuster on the control panel can go bad. The control panel is not repairable. It must be replaced. also actuator(s) control where the airflow is directed a clicking noise indicates trouble 2 of them on dual control, how about blower / fan speed functional on all speeds or high (default) speed only?
