My 2006 Impala Right Rear Brake light and Turn Signal not Working

My 2006 Impala  Right Rear Brake light
and Turn Signal not Working replaced the
bulb and the bulb work but it doesn't blink
when I try to signal right the left side work
fine on the dash it start off blink normal
then start blinking fast the brake light on
the right side doesn't shine bright when I
brake showing the I'm braking? Any
options a help

It sounds like the ground on that side needs to be cleaned up. Try keep moving the bulb around in the socket with the blinker on to see if it is a poor contact in the bulb socket.
