anti lock brakes on 2006 malibu lt

ive done all the things suggest the caliber sticking new brakes everthing excetp
a new ABS module.  it doesnt do it always but often after driving its like im
braking and hitting gas at same time

Scan it to find the code. It could be a wheel bearing causing the issue or an abs wiring issue to a wheel bearing which is common on those vehicles. If you want to stop the ABS from lunging you into traffic remove the ABS fuse. The ABS light will be on but it will go back to conventional braking system.
