Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2006 chevy malibu lt with the 3.5l v6 I have
change a part on the throttle body trying to fix this issue
but it didn't help. The issue I am having is when I start the
car to go somewhere and the engine is cold it starts and
runs great however when I get to town and the car is
warmed up I turn it off and do what I need to do I get back
in the car and the car till start but not run it spits and
spiders then dies all in about 4 seconds or less I have to
give it a little gas to get it to run and then when i take my
foot off the gas pedal it runs just fine I have tried and tried
to diagnose the issue but now I'm hoping someone on
here has hade the same issue with the same car and
knows how to fix this issue. Thanks

Plug a diagnostic into the OBD terminal (under the dash between the steering wheel and center console) I suspect the car's computer is getting bad info from a sensor and adjusting it to run with the bogus info. The OBD will tell you what sensor is bad

I had it checked before I replaced a part on the throttle body and the was that part and now it's saying a totally different part I will get them ran again and post what I find out on here
