Malibu wont start after gass fill up

chevy wont start at all After filling the gas I
have to tow the car home
I tried today mrng to start as well
Just the belt rotating
The engine wont fire
Just wondering if there is someone had
same problem

May be bad fuel pump,have the fuel pressure checked if pressure is good,then it may be a bad igintion switch if you havent had it replaced,one more thing,replace the gas cap with new one first before you do the other check,s.
Fuel pressure is good i had it checked

Yep we filled tank from empty to full and it would not start, had it towed to shop they found that the gas we bought was water, water in the fuel. It had to be drained cleaned out.
I tried holding the gas pedal down Which didn't make any difference Any more suggestions please
I jist changed the spark plugs and that doesn't help me at all
No they were completely dry Two of the plugs are touching togethet What i was wondering is, i just changes those plugs few months back
Yeah i do hear the sound I have taken the small knob and press that little button there I Have seen fuel coming out when i press that button and try to start at the same time
My son had a olds that did this he had to turn the ignition a certain way before it would start. YouTube GM security code start.
