I changed the head gasket then i got 3 pistons no compressure

I guess you screwed up badly. Better have someone that knows what they are doing fix it right.

Welp time to start over! Make sure your timing and cams are correct as well.

Have a machine shop check the head for flatness and warp and maybe have them do the valves too. Invest in a good torque wrench if you do not have one and look up the proper torque sequence.
