Code 14

A week ago, my 4Runner started dieing while driving. When it died, the headlights would get dim, the stereo would cut out, and the gauges would jump all over the place. I jumped the the terminals from the computer to check for a code, and it gave me a code 14. I checked my Haynes manual and called my local Toyota dealer, and both told me it has to do with the ignition.

I had replaced the igniter, ignition coil, and the ECU. I stripped most of the harness to check the wiring, and the wires seemed fine. No burns, melting, or anything. The terminals in the connectors were clean, and had no signs of heat damage either.

For about three days, it ran perfectly. Then it started doing the exact same thing. I checked for codes again, and again it gave me a code 14. Is there anything elseI should check? Is there something else triggering this code? I ran out of ideas what it could be.
