the rear window wont go up

was driving down the road and the window just went down.
i pulled over messed with the switch it stuttered a few times but went back
up.i took the switch and unplugged it  then ten minutes  later the same
thing random the window goes down but now it wont go up. .
all the fuses are good the switch seems ok  i took the panel off and can
hear  the click in the brain box thing that must control the window. the
motor should be ok it never had any issues and was still wanting to work.
any help or comments please and thank you

There has to be some sort of gear system that moves the window. Look for some stripped gears by the motor.
