You may have a faulty switch. When you release the switch it is probably sticking internally causing the motor to stay energized after the window has closed all the way. This is most likely causing the motor to get hot which is blowing out your fuse. Or you may have a bad power window relay. I would change that out first since it is the cheapest part. If no luck there, I would then change out your switch.

If your window is going up slowly it could be as easy as greasing the window track. I use white lithium grease and use a small paint brush to apply it.

Both previous replies COULD be the problem. There is one more that may be causing the problem, There could be a short in the wiring. If you can not do any of the tests yourself, I would find a Electrical Specialty shop to look at it. They are usually cheaper than a dealership shop and more importantly, they know what to look for without replacing parts until you find the culprit. Or worse yet, replace parts and still have a problem (Short). A car garage that dabbles in "Everything" may cost a fortune if they do the "Replace parts" until they find the one that's causing the problem. If you do not have a specialty shop and have to take it to a garage, Ask them if they can find the problem without replacing parts. If they say NO, then you might want to keep looking until you find someone that can. Also... I'll assume you looked through all the questions/answers in Cargurus for your make/model and didn't find an answer. If no answer there, try and google your vehicle and the problem. It may be a very common problem with the same part being bad. Good luck.
