Air in the cooling system, bad thermostat, bad head gasket(s), fan not running as it should, bad temp switch or relay, clogs in radiator or block, water pump failing, weak walled hoses collapsing.
What would cause my 2005 Toyota 4 Runner to fluctuate the temperature gauge when the vehicle isn't overheating.
