Can you help me figure out what's wrong?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I can turn on my car, it has power going in
and coming out, but I have no power past
my hood. I have checked all my fuses and
replaced the one bad on I had. I have
absolutely no power inside. My dash
doesn't light up, my windows don't roll
down, my seats, mirrors, and ever gear shift
do not work. I've checked my alternator,
starter, and battery. The are all newer and
perfectly fine. If you have any ideas please
help me!!!

    I notice that it takes longer for it to let me drive when its colder. When its in the 30s/40sF then it doesn't require me to rev it as often.
