Car rolls in park position

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

2001 Avalon rolls when shifted into Park position, nd I have to push very hard
or bump the gear shift up to get the car to start sometimes.  
Any ideas what's causing this ?

The linkage may need adjustment. Take care of this right away as it is dangerous!
