It could be many things. When parked and the engine on, open the hood. Can you pinpoint the area of the noise? If it only makes noise when driving, it could be a wheel bearing, to transmission, maybe the steering, but the noise would only occur when turning.
It does the whining as soon as I crank it up and while driving and idling and when I raised the hood it was come from the left side kinda from.the back but not to far down
